They specialize in reviewing construction documents to accomplish the purpose of the designer while remaining sensitive to disruptions to local residences and businesses. The range of construction services offered by GCW includes QA/QC inspection, preconstruction conference facilitation, project coordination and communication, pay estimate review, change order processing, shop drawing review and tracking, claim resolution, scheduling, constructibility and biddibility evaluation, and construction surveying. GCW believes in the partnering approach for claim resolution on medium and large sized projects. Our construction inspectors are trained for inspecting projects to include grading, roadways, waterlines, sanitary sewer, storm drain, bridges, drainage channels, buildings, and other vertical/horizontal construction.
